TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Please note that all new patients require a face to face consultation prior to any treatment bookings. Aesthetics treatments are only offered to patients above the age of 21 and skin care treatments are only offered to patients above the age of 18. Proof of Identification should be brought to all appointments.

Appointments are booked via the dedicated online booking platform and by booking an appointment you agree to the below terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact the clinic at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable however appointments can be rescheduled. Failure to notify the clinic of a cancelled appointment will result in a £35 consultation fee.

Please try to make your appointment 10 minutes in advance. Unfortunately, if you are running more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled so as not to disrupt the appointments of patients booked in after you.

CONSULTATIONS & TREATMENTS

All consultations require a non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is redeemable against treatments booked within 4 weeks from the initial consultation date for an unlimited time period.

All treatments are provided at the discretion of the treating aesthetic practitioner. If it is felt that a particular treatment is not suitable for you or that an alternative treatment is better suited to help you achieve your goals, this will be discussed on the day.

All patients are offered a cool off period following consultations along with verbal and written information regarding treatments.

Please note it might not be possible for you to have treatment on the day if:

  • There are any concerns during your consultation regarding your health or suitability of treatment.

  • You have selected a top-up treatment without being an existing patient or haven't had the treatment within the top-up time frame.

  • You have an active or recent (within 6 weeks) cold-sore or other infective disease affecting the areas being treated.

  • You are actively pregnant or breast-feeding.

  • You already have incorrectly-placed filler that requires dissolving before new treatment is administered. We will always recommend dissolving to be performed by the practitioner that provided the original treatment.

  • The consultation reveals any evidence of a body-dysmorphic disorder or unrealistic expectations of treatment. Our priority is your health and if it is felt that a treatment will harm rather than help your health and self-esteem we will not be able to offer you treatment.
